Very thorough instruction and rider footage showing each trick. This is where the DVD excels.

I wish there was a version without all the cheesy animations and visual effects. In many cases the screen blacks out or transitions into an annoying graphic right in the middle of showcasing the mechanics of the trick. It becomes really distracting after a while.

The narration is a little on the monotone side - not much enthusiasm – so it gets slow at times. If you're looking for a DVD to get you pumped up to go wakeboarding this probably isn't the one for you.

If you can get past the the cheesy effects, long setups before each trick and focus on the instruction; it's not bad. Without all that it would be a much better DVD.
